If for any reason you're unhappy with a Capstar® or NextStar® product purchased from an authorized seller or directly from our website, we’ll gladly work to make it right.* WE ARE HERE TO HELP. If you are unhappy with your Capstar or NextStar experience our customer care team is available Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. CST. You can call us at 1-800-224-7387. Please have the following ready to help us provide the best service; your full legal name, product name, mailing address and Proof of Purchase. The Proof of Purchase can be a receipt, original packaging or applicators. Photos can be sent via social media, email or mail. You may be asked to provide a lot number from the package, to help us to continue to provide quality products. One offer is available per household.
